HR Advisor

A dynamic and experienced HR Advisor is sought to join a successful, well-established, and market-leading business in Leicester. As part of their continued success, the appointment of the HR Advisor is critical in supporting the HR team in the next phased growth and direction of the company.
The role is fast-paced and offers a great opportunity to provide essential support to the HR Business Partner and wider HR and management teams with 1st line HR queries. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, General Managers, and senior leadership teams, you will ensure the day-to-day management and support is available to employees on-site. Seeking guidance from the HR Business Partner or specialists as required to ensure the business operates in a safe, fair, and consistent working manner.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to travel to the company's 7 sites in the central region when required to meet and build relationships with the senior leadership teams to understand their requirements. Flexibility to travel is therefore needed.
You will be keen to throw yourself into this role and provide support, where required, on a number of project-related tasks. As an individual, you will be proactive, resilient, and self-motivated with a positive way of thinking, highly personable, diplomatic, professional, and possess exceptional communication skills. A very pragmatic, hands-on approach will be required. Level 3 CIPD as a minimum is required, and preference will be given to candidates that are degree educated.
Additional duties will be to screen and recommend to management candidates for shortlisting, understand blue-collar and white-collar recruitment trends, and be creative in looking at ways to attract talent. There will also be an element of coaching recruiting managers on effective induction and the onboarding process.
