Lettings Property Manager Opportunity

Nexus ERP is seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team in Liverpool. As a key member of the Lettings department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring all legal compliances are up to date, and providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including communicating with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance works.
  • Arrange and carry out property inspections, providing feedback to landlords.
  • Ensure all legal compliances are up to date, including renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements.
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords following the end of tenancy, and communicate with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy.
  • Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Lettings Property Management experience is essential.
  • Great customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT literate, with experience of property management software and systems.
