About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the property management team, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Main Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries and manage listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to generate reports for directors and optimize property listings
- Schedule viewings and engage with clients to maximize client engagement and close sales
- Implement strategies to maintain 100% occupancy rates and conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on sales activities, occupancy rates, and market trends for management review
- Proven background in residential property management with experience in lettings
- Full UK driver's license with own vehicle (free Liverpool city centre parking provided)
