Job Summary:

Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening high-quality professionals, building relationships with clients and candidates, and negotiating offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize job boards, internal databases, and industry research to find top talent for our clients.
  • Candidate Management: Build relationships with candidates, understand their career goals, and match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate job offers with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our in-house database with accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree-educated or 6 months of sales experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to use initiative and maintain a solution-focused attitude.
  • Motivation: Motivated to hit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driven to achieve success.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate well within a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
