The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Sales and Business Development: Engaging with blue collar clients to understand their needs and secure business.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and attracting top candidates for a variety of roles within the industrial industry.
- Recruitment Management: Overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the Industrial sector. You must have a track record of independently winning and managing business.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Attitude: A go-getter with a can-do attitude, who is ready to take on challenges and deliver results.
- Time Management: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
