Job Title: Childrens Residential Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childrens Residential Senior Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of each child or young person
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the residential setting
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people
  • Assist with the development of life skills and independence in children and young people
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • Qualifications in childcare or a related field
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and provide cover as required
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £25,563 - £28,080 per annum, plus sleep-in allowances. We also offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
