Senior Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Elite Care Recruitment.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and manage a team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Assist in leading staff to operate within legal parameters and ensure the home is kept to a good standard.
  • Support the business, clinical, and social development of the service.
  • Work as part of a dedicated team to provide direct work with children and young people.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent).
  • Experience of working with young people who have challenging behaviors.
  • Experience of leading shifts and supervising care staff.
  • Able to work to a rota, including days, sleep-ins, weekends, and statutory holidays.
  • A full UK Manual driving license.
