About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Civil Engineering Graduates to join our dynamic team as Graduate Site Engineer.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality projects, working collaboratively with experienced engineers, and taking on new challenges.

Main Responsibilities
  • Site Operations: Supporting Senior Site Engineers and Site Managers in daily site operations, including setting out, levelling, and surveying sites.
  • Quality Assurance: Conducting temporary works checks, coordinating temporary works, checking plans and drawings, calling off reinforcement from schedules, and verifying that all materials used and work performed meet specifications.
  • Communication: Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
  • Site Management: Managing day-to-day site activities, supervising and monitoring site labour forces, and ensuring quality control.
Requirements
  • A degree or HND in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline, with a minimum of one year's relevant experience.
  • Strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve results.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and AutoCAD.
  • Flexibility regarding site locations within the UK and Ireland.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with the necessary work permit.

Compensation and Benefits
