About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Construction Site Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects within the rail infrastructure industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day surveying and setting out duties on site, working closely with our experienced team of engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys and set out construction works to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including health and safety inspections and incident reports
  • Provide support to the project manager in ensuring that all works are completed to the required quality and safety standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CSCS 5-day safety qualification
  • Experience working on a construction site with site supervision experience
  • Able to set out and level using robotic total station instruments
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations
  • Fully conversant with the use of AutoCAD software
  • Experienced and confident in the setting out of earthworks and structures
