Pharmacy Technician Job Opportunity

This position is for a Pharmacy Technician to work in an NHS Hospital in Worcestershire. The job is on an ongoing basis, with the option to work 3/4/5 days per week. No previous hospital experience is required, as the trust provides full NHS training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare prescription items
  • Ensure prescriptions are legal and accurate
  • Order new stock using a computerised system
  • Provide advice to customers about medicines and refer complex queries to the pharmacist
  • Handle confidential information

Requirements:
  • GPhC Registration is required
