Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Band 5 ACT Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic and forward-thinking NHS client, a leading NHS Trust located in Worcester. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering high-quality pharmacy services in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense and check medications, ensuring the safe and accurate preparation and supply of pharmaceutical products.
Support the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols for medicine use.
Actively engage in continuing professional development and contribute to the learning and development of the pharmacy team.

Requirements:

Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Previous experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital or similar healthcare environment.
Strong understanding of medicines management and ability to provide high-quality patient-focused care.
Commitment to personal and professional development.
