Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery
- Ensure all guests receive the highest level of service at all times, promoting the hotel and its image.
- Set up meeting rooms and functions to the highest standards, as per function lists and agreed times.
- Serve coffee and tea breaks promptly at agreed times.
- Present and serve food and beverages to the highest standards.
- Hospitality and Service
- Provide exceptional guest service standards, aiming to exceed expectations at all times.
- Be an ambassador for the Elite Group, promoting the hotel's image and values.
- Business Development
- Upsell hotel facilities and services to guests, actively promoting the hotel's offerings.
- Participate in training opportunities to maximize up-selling and business success.
- Communication, Planning, and Organisation
- Report defective equipment or general faults to the Conference and Banqueting Manager, Deputy, or Supervisor.
- Assist in reducing breakages and minimizing the requirement for disposable goods.
