About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Data Management Consultant to join our London office on a six-month fixed-term contract. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering client projects effectively.

The ideal candidate will have good experience in professional eDiscovery Litigation Support and Project Management, with strong technical understanding and/or experience with the eDiscovery process, lifecycle, and technical issues. Knowledge of litigation support applications including RelativityOne is essential, with additional knowledge of Concordance or Nuix being helpful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients on project workflow and industry best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities.
  • Manage client expectations throughout the life of a project.
  • Gather project requirements and ensure they are properly documented.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking, specifications, and chain of custody-related documents.
  • Interact with clients to develop strong client relations and demonstrate a high level of commitment to client success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and technology.
  • Data collection experience is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills would be helpful.
  • Any additional languages would be useful.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitively positioned compensation and benefits package that is transparent and summarized in the full job offer.
