Job Title: Regional Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to join our team at Catch 22. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality facilities management service is provided by our Total Facilities Management (TFM) contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategy for facilities management compliance and assurance across our properties in East Sussex and Suffolk.
  • Ensure all facilities management service deliverables are aligned with relevant service level agreements, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as an intermediary between the TFM contractor and stakeholders within the business to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and review facilities management contracts to ensure successful delivery and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement moves, refurbishment, and plant replacement projects to maintain our properties and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a regional or national role.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
