Property Manager

A leading independent lettings agent in the Maidenhead area is seeking an organised and diligent Property Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Conduct mid-term inspections to monitor property condition and tenant satisfaction.
- Organise and conduct check-outs and inventories to ensure accurate property condition reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, obtain quotations, and manage works orders and invoices.
- Ensure property compliance with EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
- Handle deposit disputes and tenancy paperwork.
- Support landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
Requirements:
- Previous lettings or property management experience is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and IT systems.
