Job Title: Children's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children with ADHD and/or Autism in a well-established school setting.

About the Role:

As a Children's Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting children in creative and safe play activities
  • Assisting children with completing academic tasks
  • Working with teachers to prepare and execute activities
  • Liaising with other staff members across the therapy and senior leadership teams
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Eligibility to work with children (not on the barred list)
  • A DBS check (we can support you with an application for one)
  • A minimum of grade A*-C in GCSE Maths and English

We offer a competitive rate of pay, excellent training and development opportunities, and a permanent contract after 12 weeks of employment. If you are passionate about working with children and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
