**Clinical Team Member - Speech and Language Therapist**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to the pupils we support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech and language therapy principles and practices, as well as experience working in multi-disciplinary teams. You will be required to work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the pupils we support
- Contribute to staff training and consultation
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
**Salary and Benefits**
The salary for this position is up to £53,200 FTE (up to £19,178 actual salary) depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits designed to support you in your work and personal life, including a generous annual leave entitlement, life assurance pension scheme, and access to a wide range of first-class mental health support services and physical health checks.
