Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to join our client's team in Chorley, Lancashire. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of the club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • To develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new member sales.
  • To maintain high standards of health and safety, cleaning and maintenance across the club.
  • To oversee the delivery of fitness products and services.
  • To identify and address customer complaints and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a health and fitness environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for delivering 5-star service.
  • Digital awareness and social media savvy.
