MANUFACTURING SPECIALIST
ROTATING DAY SHIFT: 6-2 AND 2-10
BASIC SALARY PLUS SHIFT ALLOWANCE
Coty is a leading manufacturer of cosmetics, producing high-quality products for global brands such as Gucci, Burberry, and Rimmel. As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for mixing pre-weighed raw materials to create bulk products for filling and packaging.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow basic Trouble Shooting Processes to address issues
- Ensure targets are achieved while maintaining customer demands at the lowest possible cost while achieving quality standards
- Follow all written manufacturing instructions provided on Manufacturing Order (MO) or record any mistakes and report them to IC
- Conduct Quality tests and input data according to batch requirements
- Proficiently use current electronic shop floor control systems
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Follow all Company Safety Procedures and adhere to all processes, procedures, and guidelines in place
QUALITY
- Understand and apply Company quality standards and practices, ensuring personal hygiene and GMP standards are adhered to
- Achieve weighing and manufacturing quality targets and ensure relevant paperwork is completed correctly
- Perform visual checks on raw materials at point of use
- Perform the handling and weighing of raw materials according to batch requirements
You will work closely with Material Handlers, R&D, and Industrial Chemistry teams. All colleagues are experienced and team players. Working in the team, you feel welcomed.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to work independently but also as part of a team. You are conscientious and thorough. As an experienced Manufacturing Specialist, you will feed off the energy you get from working in a fast-paced environment. Other than that, you should have/be:
- Factory experience desirable, but not essential
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Available for alternative shift pattern
- Capable of performing manual tasks, using manual handling equipment
- Open to a diverse workplace and loves to work in a team
