Job Role

The Senior Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in developing ASOS's future retail media advertising business. This includes being responsible for the FAB & Non-Clothing vertical within ASOS Media Group. You will line manage a team of 3 Partnership Managers, who between them own the marketing partnerships with 100's of brands.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth for the FAB & Non-Clothing vertical.
  2. Manage a team of Partnership Managers to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  3. Forecast budgets and track delivery of revenue on Sales Force, reporting on the vertical's status in Weekly Business Review meetings.
  4. Identify opportunities for incremental revenue and explore new AMG packages to grow the vertical.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good level of experience in a client-facing digital marketing/sales role.
  • A proven track record in building and managing client and internal company relationships.
  • Marketing skills (preferably digital marketing) in Fashion, Sports, and Face & Body retail categories.
  • An understanding of brands' marketing and media strategies.
  • An understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising.
  • An understanding, and affinity with, the Sportswear market.
  • Proven track record within a target-driven environment.
  • An understanding of Sponsored Ads and Display Ads is essential.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills, and a great presenter.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously.
  • High levels of digital literacy are mandatory; PC literate (Microsoft Office inc. advanced Excel).
  • Self-motivated team player, enthusiastic, and a tenacious attitude.
  • Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines.
  • Calm temperament.
