Job Description

At Partners Group, we are seeking a skilled Private Credit Investment Professional to join our dynamic team in London. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in direct lending investing, working closely with our seasoned investment professionals to drive results.

Salary

Based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role, we estimate the annual salary to be between £80,000 and £120,000, depending on qualifications and background.

Job Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual to conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing reports, interviewing experts, and attending management meetings and site visits.
  • The successful candidate will also perform detailed financial analysis, creating LBO models and scenario testing to inform investment decisions.
  • In addition, you will assist senior team members in building relationships with sponsors and external parties, and contribute to Investment Committee discussions.
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring portfolio performance, assessing waiver and amendment requests, and participating in portfolio management activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • To succeed in this role, you will need 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a buyside investment role, preferably in private credit or private equity, management consulting, investment banking, or transaction services.
  • Strong oral and written English skills are essential, and proficiency in other languages such as Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish would be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an excellent academic record are also required.
