Job Description:

Join our Private Credit team in London as an Investment Analyst, where you will be responsible for originating investment ideas, conducting due diligence, and structuring investments. You will also engage with financial sponsors and company management teams to develop and refine investment theses.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate investment ideas across the product suite of Credit via early engagement with relevant parties
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and business analysis to develop and refine investment theses
  • Participate in structuring, negotiating, and documenting investments
  • Communicate and defend investment theses to internal stakeholders and committees
  • Monitor existing investments in the portfolio and build relationships with sponsors, management teams, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Investment Banking and Private Credit/Direct Lending experience with 1-2 years of background
  • Strong quantitative, financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for investing with specific interest in credit / other structured products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and creative mindset
