Assistant Relationship Manager

Our client, a successful boutique wealth and investment manager, is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support a small team of Relationship Managers. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to HNW clients, including managing client and third-party enquiries, assisting with client reporting, and coordinating client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of client arrangements, including managing client and third-party enquiries.
  • Assist with client reporting, including quarterly valuations and annual suitability reviews.
  • Help to coordinate client meetings, diary management, and client filing.
  • Assist with client reporting and annual review packs.
  • Document client interaction and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
  • Ensure client KYC and compliance requirements are monitored and up-to-date.
  • Work with private banks to administer loans and deposit renewals and administer client payments and associated tax certificates.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with HNW client support/client services experience within wealth management/private banking or financial planning.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interest in financial markets/investing.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Desire to progress into a Junior Relationship Manager role.
