nCino, Inc. is a leading cloud banking platform that empowers financial institutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Relationship Manager to join our international PreSales team based in London.

About the Role

As a Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for leading the solutioning process for business challenges and presenting the value of the nCino solution to prospects and clients. You will work closely with our PreSales, Sales, Product, Partner, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor to prospects and clients by supporting and leading presales conversations, presentations, and solutioning around nCino-specific capabilities.
  • Be a solution consultant and lead deep-dive discovery sessions with prospects to identify solutions for key business challenges and pain points.
  • Be a thought leader and provide subject matter expertise as it relates to credit and lending, property finance, and the banking and financial services sector.
  • Be a solution specialist and lead detailed product presentations and demonstrations to internal and external audiences, handling questions regarding functional capabilities while demonstrating the value of the nCino solution.
  • Be a team player by working in tandem with colleagues across multiple teams.
  • Bring your A-game and learn to configure the nCino solution, expanding your technical knowledge to translate user stories into technical requirements and tailor product demonstrations to highlight nCino's value to prospects and clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in banking and financial services.
  • Strong foundation in commercial finance, property, and/or mortgage lending, banking processes, and credit environments.
  • Proven ability to build a strong rapport with prospects and clients across multiple cross-functional teams, especially in a fast-paced Sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and professional presentation skills with the ability to present, engage, and persuade in front of large groups and senior audiences.
  • Ability to respond quickly to complex scenarios and adapt to change.
Desired Candidate Skills
  • Extensive knowledge in areas of loan origination workflows, credit risk management, regulatory requirements, and/or product management in the lending space.
  • Experience using and/or configuring Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English, other European language(s) beneficial.
Travel Requirements

The position requires up to 50% travel.
