We offer a competitive salary of £59,000 - £64,000 per annum, plus benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Project Oversight: Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team & Contractor Coordination: Lead and motivate a team of operatives, sub-contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.
