Consultant Psychiatrist for Older Peoples Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Integrated Care Team for Older People (HICTOP) at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective care and treatment to patients within the HICTOP team.
- Share the vision of integrated and multi-disciplinary working and actively engage in the development of the service through research and support.
- Be approved as a Responsible Clinician or be willing to undertake training to obtain Section 12(2) MHA and renew this approval according to agreed procedures.
- Have the ability to commute within the Trust's geographical area with access to the appropriate means of transport.
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment.
- Included on the GMC Specialist Register or within six months.
- Approved clinician status or able to achieve within 3 months of appointment.
- Approved under S12 or able to achieve within 3 months of appointment.
- Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research or management.
- MRCPsych Additional clinical qualifications.
- In good standing with GMC with respect to warning and conditions on practice.
- Wide range of specialist and sub-specialist experience relevant to post within NHS or comparable service.
