Job Title: Diagnostic Solutions Support Consultant

Salary: £48,000 to £53,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Solutions Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for performing pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training
  • Onboarding new customers by engaging teams in the launch
  • Providing ongoing application assistance and support to end users
Your Background

To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in an applications specialist role with one or more specialisations, including haematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular, and life sciences.

You will also need excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to travel throughout southern England.
