About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Partnerships to join our team at Applause IT Recruitment Ltd. This is a remote-based role with occasional travel to our office and customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality proposals, communications, and pitch materials to engage and attract a range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with our VP of Sales on priority pursuits and projects, and strategic client partnerships.
  • Oversee brand development and management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging, brand positioning, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Develop a content strategy that resonates with target audiences, supports lead generation efforts, and strengthens brand authority. Coordinate the creation of high-quality content across various formats and channels.
  • Maintain an extensive network within the Defence/Law Enforcement/Central Government sectors.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in partnership development and management.
  • Strong understanding of the Defence/Law Enforcement/Central Government sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
