Head of Partnerships - Defence/Law Enforcement/Local Government

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships to join our team at Applause IT Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Defence/Law Enforcement/Local Government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality proposals, communications, and pitch materials to engage and attract a range of stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales on priority pursuits and projects, and strategic client partnerships.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a brand development and management strategy to ensure consistent messaging, brand positioning, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Develop a content strategy that resonates with target audiences, supports lead generation efforts, and strengthens brand authority. Coordinate the creation of high-quality content across various formats and channels.
  • Build and maintain an extensive network within the Defence/Law Enforcement/Central Government sectors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, as well as experience in brand development and management. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
