About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at Priory Hazelwood House. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals in providing care to adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues
  • Review treatment plans and coordinate discharge
  • Liaise with Commissioners regarding admission, progress updates, and discharge planning
  • Participate in a multidisciplinary approach to assessment, formulation, and management plans
  • Provide evidence of registration, if requested, by the Hospital Director or Chief Medical Officer
Requirements
  • Ability to work autonomously to agreed short and medium-term objectives
  • Understanding of the impact of actions on patient care and the workings of the multidisciplinary team
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to use systemic knowledge, experience, and creative thinking to translate best practice and evidence-based research into practical operational solutions
  • Participation in a non-residential medical on-call rota on a second on-call basis
