Sales Director

As a Sales Director at Airswift, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the D/A/CH region. Your primary focus will be on generating maximum sales and revenue from our existing key accounts, as well as onboarding new logos and building a solid pipeline for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Europe Sales Head and global BU Heads to drive continuity and profitability of new revenues.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for accounts and grow new logos to sizeable revenues.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers, building new connections and maintaining a strong pipeline for growth through new offerings and solutions.
- Build in-roads in existing accounts to cross-sell offerings/solutions and expand revenues.
- Drive leads to closure and contract signing.
- Own actual negotiation and coordinate inputs/participation from different company stakeholders.
- Collate and communicate learnings from pitches, proposals, customer feedback to Sales teams.
- Oversee account handover to Delivery for project execution and expansion on existing business.
- Identify customer needs and facilitate account setup to commence delivery operations.
- Fluency in German (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English is also required.
- Background in Energy-related services such as Power, Oil & Gas, Energy transition topics, and Digital solutions to drive efficiencies.
