Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to learners, supporting them in achieving their goals and developing their leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes to learners through a mix of face-to-face and remote sessions.
  • Coach and mentor learners throughout their journey, from initial learning through to successful completion and End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Lead engaging workshops and provide hands-on support, ensuring learners remain motivated and on track to meet their goals.
  • Develop tailored learning plans for each learner, ensuring training is aligned with both their professional role and the programme requirements.
  • Work closely with the wider team to contribute to the planning, development, and continuous improvement of delivery models and training programmes.
  • Maintain regular contact with learners, tracking their progress, identifying any challenges, and providing constructive feedback to support their success.
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary requirements, including quality standards and funding regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes is essential.
  • Ideally hold a Level 5 Management qualification, supported by strong vocational competencies in management.
  • Experience in both face-to-face delivery and remote teaching and coaching is required.
  • Hands-on approach, with the ability to engage learners through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and regular feedback.
  • Teaching and/or Assessor qualifications (e.g., PTLLS, Award in Education and Training, TAQA) are highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple learners and tailor your approach to meet individual needs.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the drive to be part of a close-knit team that values innovation and success.
