The Thomas Middlecott Academy in Lincolnshire is seeking a skilled Senior Administrator to join their team. This role is perfect for an ambitious and creative individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people.

About the Job
This part-time position involves undertaking a range of financial procedures, including ordering supplies, managing invoices, banking cash, and reconciling petty cash. You will also be responsible for dealing with supplier queries and providing excellent administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake various financial tasks, such as placing orders and managing accounts payable/receivable
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including responding to supplier inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Manage petty cash and reconcile discrepancies

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a skilled user of Microsoft Office and have the ability to produce high-quality documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additionally, you should be able to promote the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people across the trust.

Salary and Working Hours
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,992 per annum (pro rata) based on the job description and location. The working hours are 25 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year).
