Graduate Business Management Trainee Programme

As a Graduate Business Management Trainee at Wates, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the business, gaining hands-on experience through functional rotations. You will develop your commercial knowledge in areas such as Commercial Production and Estimating, as well as other key areas of a project lifecycle.
Upon completion of the Programme, you will be able to further develop your career in either Site Management or Quantity Surveying.
You will support key business functions by:
- Contributing to bid writing and tenders.
- Being involved in client stakeholder management, understanding customer drivers, and demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Analysing and reporting on project deliverables and KPIs.
- Collaborating and engaging with colleagues and networks to develop your understanding of their area, building expertise as you learn.
To join our Trainee Management Programme via the Graduate route, you will have a motivation to learn and develop within the industry and you'll have obtained or be working towards a 2:2 degree in any subject area.
You'll be required to have a full UK driving license for roles in certain locations.
