Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract specifications
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition and restocking as required
  • Responding positively to customer complaints and service delivery issues by resolving problems or initiating resolution processes, ensuring customers are informed
  • Providing accurate and timely information on work progress that is easily understood by customers

Requirements:

  • Compliance with Building Safety legislation requires candidates to be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical or plumbing) or undertaking this qualification. If a lower level qualification is held alongside practical experience, the candidate is expected to undertake the qualification with Sanctuary Group's support
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations and working legislation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and plan ahead
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
