Skilled Tradesperson

About the Role

Sanctuary Group is seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our property maintenance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties in accordance with contract specifications
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition and restocking as needed
• Responding positively to customer complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, resolving problems promptly, and keeping customers informed
• Providing accurate and timely information on work progress that is easily understood by customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Awareness of health and safety regulations and working legislation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and plan ahead
• NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core subject (carpentry, electrical) or equivalent experience and willingness to undertake this qualification
• Valid UK driving licence
