About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Operative to join our Responsive team in Paignton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance work in communal areas and tenanted properties.
• Responding to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, ensuring customers are kept informed.
• Ensuring full compliance with CDM 2015 legislation, including holding a valid SVQ Level 3 qualification or currently undertaking the qualification.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £32,401 per annum, rising to £34,106 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance.
