Business Development and Programme Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development and Programme Director to join our team at IfM Engage. As a key member of our Executive and Professional Development (EPD) team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering executive education programmes that showcase the research outputs from the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) and Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, programme management, and executive education. You will be responsible for engaging with technology-based and/or manufacturing organisations to co-create and sell bespoke programmes, as well as selling places on individual development programmes. You will also work closely with academics from across the Institute to develop and deliver high-quality programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of IfM Engage. If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for business development and programme management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver executive education programmes that showcase the research outputs from the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) and Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge.
  • Engage with technology-based and/or manufacturing organisations to co-create and sell bespoke programmes.
  • Work closely with academics from across the Institute to develop and deliver high-quality programmes.

Requirements:
