The Role

As a Leisure Receptionist at WAVE Spa & Wellness Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, hotel guests, and visitors. Your warm and professional welcome will set the tone for a memorable experience. You'll be responsible for handling transactions, managing memberships, and ensuring seamless access to our facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  • Develop strong relationships with members and guests to ensure a loyal customer base
  • Manage membership enrollments, payments, and renewals with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactively resolve any challenges or queries that may arise
  • Stay calm under pressure and adapt to routine and non-routine tasks
