R&V Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill the role of Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care and grooming, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained at all times.
  • Provide support with incontinence needs, using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure resident comfort and safety.
  • Assist with repositioning residents, utilizing hoists, stand aids, and slide sheets as required.
  • Help with food and fluid management, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
  • Contribute to laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation tasks, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Accurately record all relevant documents, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • DBS clearance
  • National insurance number
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in a care setting is essential
  • Relevant health and social care training
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for commuting to and from the service
