About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at St Teresa's, a single-storey home for 27 adults with physical disabilities in Penzance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with a caring and supportive nature, who is able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in care or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
