About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Penzance. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living skills, assisting with personal care and medication, and helping them access their local community for socialization and hobbies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop daily living skills with individuals
  • Support people to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, family members, and external professionals
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
