Account Performance Expert

As an Account Executive at UPS, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to drive business growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing and retaining existing accounts, growing the customer base to generate new revenue, implementing customer accounts and training them on solutions, coordinating efforts to meet customer needs, responding to internal and external customer concerns, maintaining and monitoring customer records and account performance to objectives. To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years direct sales experience, with the ability to uncover new business leads, build strong business proposals, persist and influence to close sales, communicate effectively, and work well in a team. A full, clean driving license for at least two years is also required. We offer a competitive basic salary of £36,000 plus guaranteed SIP, company car, and a range of benefits including a company pension scheme, holiday pay, discounts at major retailers and attractions, industry-leading training, promotion from within policy, private healthcare, life assurance, and employee assistance program.
