Responsibilities

The Credit Controller will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment of debts;">
  • Chasing debt via telephone, letter, and email to recover outstanding amounts;">
  • Setting up new accounts and maintaining accurate records;">
  • Assisting in maintaining credit limits and assessing the risks of existing customers;">
  • Managing bad debts by liaising with debt collection agencies and solicitors as necessary;">
  • Resolving internal and external queries in a professional and courteous manner.">

  • Proven experience in credit control or a related field;">
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers;">
