About the RoleAs a Weekend Showroom Sales Executive, you will be the face of our client's brand in the showroom. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers, establishing rapport, and understanding their needs
- Developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of furniture collections, including materials, finishes, dimensions, and design options
- Staying up-to-date with new product launches and trends
- Following up on existing leads generated through website enquiries and non-complete orders
- Responding to incoming online chat and social media messages
- Listening to customer requirements and recommending solutions to meet their needs
- Challenging objections to secure sales
- Handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, and resolving issues with professionalism and care
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction post-purchase
- Adding new customer leads to the sales pipeline and proactively following up to nurture relationships and convert them into sales
- Maintaining a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing showroom at all times
- Providing accurate, rapid cost calculations and price information to customers
In this role, you will work weekends only, with the option to work one or both Saturday and Sunday days. Our client offers a competitive salary of £11.44ph, with commission of up to £4000 OTE (uncapped), 20 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata, company discount, and office engagement events.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrable experience in building customer relationships through presentations and emphasizing excellence
- A track record of hitting and exceeding targets, motivating, and leading others to do the same
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to use Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Exemplary communication and negotiation skills
- Superb customer service skills
- People management ability
- A confident and determined approach
- Self-motivation, sales drive, and high energy levels
- The ability to work independently
