Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Bracknell, United Kingdom. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product selection, provide product knowledge and advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Maintain the store's visual presentation, stock levels, and ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management and operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet business needs.
  • Basic IT Skills: Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems.
