Holiday Sales and Customer Service Representative

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire (Mondays & Fridays, after training, are working from home and Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays are in the office)

This role offers a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be part of a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while converting enquiries into sales.

You will take charge of all incoming reservations and customer calls, being the first point of contact for valued clients wanting to book UK or Cruise departures. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
  • Answering client calls and assisting with queries and bookings
  • Actioning shared email inboxes and customer tickets
  • Undertaking outbound sales initiatives in line with business needs
  • Supporting events preparation, including accurate reporting and manifests
