About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Workforce Development Team as a People Insights & Systems Advisor. This part-time position will play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights to support operational and strategic objectives across the university.

As a key member of the HR Management Information (HRMI) team, you will be responsible for analyzing and presenting data from various sources, including our HR system (iTrent), Workload Allocation Management System (WAMS), and reporting tools. Your expertise in data manipulation and presentation will enable you to deliver high-quality reports and insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and present data to support operational and strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using business objects and other tools
  • Provide training and support to system users
  • Manage specific projects and contribute to ongoing process improvement
Requirements
  • Experience in data analysis and presentation using Excel and other tools
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work proactively, flexibly, and manage multiple competing deadlines
