We are seeking a goal-oriented and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. This exciting entry-level management role offers the opportunity to help manage a brand-new location in Doncaster and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
  • Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and address concerns
  • Supervise and train employees, organise rotas, and delegate tasks
  • Motivate staff, give praise, and help them improve in areas of need
  • Assume responsibility in the Store Manager's absence, develop and grow the store, and achieve revenue and growth targets
