At Cranswick Country Foods PLC, we are seeking a skilled Pig Stockperson to join our team in the Kings Lynn, Swaffham, Fakenham area.

The successful candidate will be actively involved in all areas of the pig rearing cycle, working on our Breeding Unit. Key responsibilities include feeding, moving, and handling the pigs, as well as maintaining the condition and appearance of the farming unit.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience as a Pig Stockperson and a strong commitment to animal welfare. You should be self-motivated, flexible, and a great team player, with good time-keeping skills and reliable transportation to reach our rural farm location.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000, a shift pattern of Monday to Friday with alternate weekend work, and a total of 45 hours per week. Additionally, we provide a pension scheme with 3% employer contributions and 5% employee contributions, a discounted share scheme, death in service insurance, and on and off-farm training to increase your knowledge and experience in all areas of pig farming.
